Project Manager for a large Army Signal Command, which provides information systems support services for the military, similar to those provided by ATT, MCI and Sprint. Responsible for planning, installation and operation of voice, satellite, tropic scatter, microwave and computer networks (LANs, W ANs and Secret Internet Protocol Routing), for one of the largest annual defense projects in the world, "Bright Star" Egypt". Coordinated and supervised all facets of the project to include design, engineering, test and evaluation and administration/logistics. Projects included imaging, data warehousing, Internet and Intranet development, and electronic mail. Responsible for implementing a systems development methodology for information systems. Duties include long and short term strategic planning, budgeting, tracking and reporting for multiple subordinate technology projects.

Planned, budgeted, and supervised all information systems training assistance provided by the communications Team. Provided assistance on matters related to information systems installation and training doctrine, logistics operations, maintenance, communications security procedures, and mobilization in preparation for state and national emergencies. Supervised the development of information systems Master Plans by subordinates. Interpreted Army policy, conducts systems and training evaluations, and revised information systems policy. Served as an information Systems Manager for the Defense Coordinating Element in South Carolina.
